Orlando blooms some fun for us

Here are some more pictures of the trip that I added to the blog, so sorry for the disorganization. These are pictures from our Orlando trip. We love the beaches there on the lower east coast. We are also getting a big sea shell collection. Anyway, enjoy!

Kyle got his new suit and the priesthood yesterday. We love that kid. He is great. Some pictures of our birthday trip for Kyle to Universal Studios "Islands of Adventure"

We stopped by the Orlando Temple. It is fun to see the temples as we travel.

Another picture of Kyle's big day.

And just to add, this is Vaughn and Shaun after they got home from the Father's Valentines Day Party at school. Shaun made Vaughn a new tie! NICE!

Porter Politics

I am obsessed with politics right now and it can be expressed like this... I frequently have dreams (nightmares) of airplanes flying low overhead and crashing in front of me. That feels like my constant "political" state....realizing that something is absurd and wrong and knowing something is definatly going to CRASH!!!

I do do more than just listen to talk radio and read political articles, but you wouldn't know it from this blogspot. For example, we took Kyle (and all the kids) to Orlando to Universal Studios "Islands of Adventure" theme park for his birthday last week. Excessive, but fun. I am glad we have been able to take these trips, because I don't think they will last much longer. I have been trying to add to our food storage more for awhile now (and although it is not as fun as vacations), every time I read or watch the news I get the feeling it really, really needs to be TOP PRIORITY right now.

I will post pictures of the trip and at least two pictures from Christmas... I know it is February, but you gotta see these two pics at least! In the meantime, at least check out www.americanthinker.com/ for some food for thought. Great articles there for conservative, freedom loving people like me. I definitely feel that we all have a responsibility to know what is going on in these perilous times!
