Capturing Kaleb

Here is a picture of Kaleb. I found it on a different file in the computer. This blogging thing is helping me explore my computer! Right now Kaleb is at scout camp. He has been gone since Monday. I can't believe I even survived without him. He is a huge help to me with Shaun and always willing to pitch in, even without being asked. I also can't believe I haven't worried myself sick about some bear dragging him off! He gets home tomorrow. Too bad that along with his return, there also has to be a big pile of stinky, dirty laundry! Oh well, you always gotta take the good with the bad!

Sasha, Sasha, Sasha. What can I say? She is the joy of my life. I LOVE her spirit and spunk. She can turn a gray day bright again. I love her snuggles in the morning. I love her love of hot pink. I love her artwork. I love how she reads. I love how she dances. Thank heaven for little girls!

Look at those eyes!

Shaun. Shaunsters. Shaun-boy. Shaunney. Shaunners. Shaun-shaun. Whatever you call him, you can't help but want to squeeze that little fat head. (Fat head is a term of endearment in our household!) Look at those cheeks! You just gotta kiss 'em. Shaun, we are so glad you came to our family!

Porta Potty

Kyle thinks our blogspot name sounds like porta potty. Well, now that that thought has been posted, I'm sure you won't forget our blogspot name. Just remember, its Porter Party, not porta potty!!!! I added a pic that Kaleb took from a park up above the Provo Temple because I don't know how to find a picture of a porta potty. Besides, who want's a picture of that!

Friends

Anyone who know us, knows that Kyle and Brock have been connected at the hip since they were 3. Brock is practically a member of our family. Here the boys used a sharpie (without my knowledge) to put some "tough" on those cheeks.

Posting Pictures When I Should Be Asleep

Kaleb's Camera Corner

Good-bye Virginia Sky

Well, it looks like we may be staying in Cedar Hills after all. With so many variables at play we decided to wait a year or so to go. It would have been fun to be close to our good friends the Doty's. The choice not to go is heartwrenching.

Joining the 21st century

Thanks to my sister Karla and my friend Jodi, I am starting my own blogspot! Yahoo! This should be great since I never get to scrapbook like I want. I love reading their blogspots and other blogs, so hopefully in return you will enjoy ours and enjoy keeping up to date on the happenings of the Porter family.
